Hello and Happy Weekend everyone! I have to say I am pretty excited that it is Saturday. In Love-a-thon has started as well as my friend Brittany’s impromptu 24 hour readathon that we also end up making it the whole weekend. So I ended up going to Barnes and Noble earlier in the week because I’ve been holding off for awhile AND I found out what book I’d be getting in my Owlcrate so there would be no accident in double buying again this month. I went a little crazy but things happen, let’s get in to the books!

Radium Girls by Kate Moore
The Woman In The Window by A.J. Finn
Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher (Signed)
Reign of the Fallen by Sarah Glenn Marsh
The Apocalypse of Elena Mendoza by Shaun David Hutchinson
Broken Beautiful Hearts by Kami Garcia
So yes, I’m still not going too crazy but hopefully I can get to some of these soon. I’m so excited for the rest of the month and hope I have a good wrap up for you all! See you tomorrow with a new post!
Of course, as if I need any more books to read. I decided to get on Netgalley and check out what they had to offer and requested a whole bunch. Some I’ve heard back from and some I haven’t but I may try to read some of these soon so you may be hearing about them and I wanted to let you know what you can expect soon! Let’s get to the books.

My Book Of The Month purchase for this month came in, as well as 3 pre-orders and I made a trip to B&N and watched too many Instagram stories that convinced me to make an amazon purchase. So without boring you let’s get in to the books I got this week!

Hello and welcome to my blog! So today I wanted to share some of the books that I received from my Black Friday order to Book Outlet, I got all of these from their sale and believe I only ended up spending about 38 dollars. So I’m pretty proud with how many books, and how many new ones at that, that I ended up getting for a really good deal! I didn’t take a picture of them like I usually do and I’m not currently at home, but later at some point I will edit this to show the picture of all of these books together. I just want to make a post today and I haven’t done a standard stacking the shelves in a few weeks. So let’s get in to the books!
All In Pieces by Suzanne Young
Novice by Taran Matharu
Seven Black Diamonds by Melissa Marr
A Shadow Bright And Burning by Jessica Cluess
Saints and Misfits by S.K. Ali
A Madness So Discreet by Mindy McGinnis

Have you gotten to read any of these? If so let me know in the comments! I finally got a chance to reply to everyone’s old comments and I will so not be letting that happen again. Thanks so much for stopping by and hopefully I have something fun for tomorrow!
Hey Everyone! Sorry for the lack of posts this week, I’ve been working my behind off on getting these Contemporaryathon books read am doing pretty good so far. I’ll have an update for you guys on Monday which of course is going to push my normal Monday post to Tuesday yet again, so I think I may temporarily rename that post. But this week I got to go to Barnes and Noble thanks to the suggestion of my mom and we found a couple of the B&N exclusive books, so of course me having the weak will that I have I bought a few books, thank goodness for coupons. So here’s what I got this week!
The Last Magician by Lisa Maxwell
This Mortal Coil by Emily Suvada
The Princess Saves Herself In This One by
Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard
Otherworld by Jason Segel
A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab
I am super excited to get to these books as well as have the super pretty B&N editions to add to my collection, because that’s honestly what my books are honestly, they really are a collection since I have so many. Well back to reading for me it is, I will see you guys soon!
Well, my book buying ban didn’t last for very long before I decided I needed more books again. I decided to go back to the weekly updates for these as well because I can’t keep track of what month my books are bought in so it’s just easier this way for me. I am excited to have a lot of these books, and one happens to be signed that I just randomly found in the Barnes and Noble in the new town I’m living in so I felt super lucky that day. But let’s just go ahead and get in to the books!
A Torch Against The Night by Sabaa Tahir
Hunting Prince Dracula by Kerri Maniscalco
Mirror Mirror by Cara Delevigne
Where’d you go, Bernadette by Maria Semple
A Short History of The Girl Next Door by Jared Reck
So yes, pretty proud of this little haul. But next week it might be a different story. I have a couple book orders hopefully coming in and a trip to B&N with my mom, and I have the worst self control when it comes to actually physically seeing books I want. So I hope to see you guys tomorrow because I already have something planned! Happy Reading
So I’ve been really horrible about scheduling posts. I have no excuses I just haven’t had the chance on weekends when I would like to and I apologize deeply. I miss writing about books and hopefully within the next couple weeks once I get moved I will be able to be back on my game. Until then I will work my hardest to get posts out. Since I basically missed the last couple Stacking the Shelves posts I’ve decided I’m going to just mash them all together here and hopefully turn it in to an ok post. There’s quiet a few books to talk about, so let’s get in to the books.
This little bunch of books was from a Book Outlet order because I have a problem and I love ordering from them, but a LOT of my books came way more damaged than I expected so I may not be making a new order any time soon.
Loop by Karen Akins
Little Black Dresses, Little White Lies by Laura Stampler
The Winner’s Kiss by Marie Rutkoski
The Winner’s Crime by Marie Rutkoski
The Treatment by Suzanne Young
Once Upon a Dream by Liz Braswell
Going Bovine by Libba Bray
Passenger by Alexandra Bracken
The Swap by Megan Shull
Since my books came so damaged in the Book Outlet order I, when buying books to celebrate my first paycheck, bought a second copy of Passenger because I wanted it to be in good condition, at least not a condition that looked like it had already been read.
Final Girls by Riley Sager
Stalking Jack The Ripper by Kari Maniscalco
Genuine Fraud by E. Lockhart
Little and Lion by Brandy Colbert
Scrappy Little Nobody by Anna Kendrick
Scarlet by Marissa Meyer
Falling Kingdoms by Morgan Rhodes
Passenger by Alexandra Bracken
P.S. I Like You by Kasie West
That is it for the end of September, I do have a few more books I’ve ordered that are on their way to me that I will be super excited to show you next weekend because I want to get this back on track, hence this post coming out on an Sunday. Hope to see you all tomorrow for my October TBR/September Wrap up posts, Happy Reading!
Happy Weekend Everyone! Sorry for the sporadic posts this week. I had a super busy weekend last weekend when I was supposed to be writing all my blog posts and I tried to fill in when I could during the week but I have learned that is not something that can happen. But have no fear I am here today to blog my little heart out so there are posts to read all week again. First of course showing off the new books I got this week. So my mom had found a gift card for amazon she was given as a gift a while ago and gave it to me, so the only logical thing for me to spend the money on was books. So that is what I have to show you today, let’s get to the books!
I Hate Everyone But You by Gaby Dunn & Allison Raskin
They Both Die At The End by Adam Silvera
When I Am Through With You by Stephanie Kuehn
Wallbanger by Alice Clayton
Kiss of Deception by Mary E. Pearson
This is probably the smallest book haul you will ever see me do! But I am so excited I was able to get 2 brand new books as well as another fairly new book as well! Also I’ve been wanting to start the Remnant Chronicles trilogy for a long time I just could never find Kiss of Deception for a reasonable price in paperback. So that is all I have gotten this week, next week I already am expecting a package on Monday so it should be a little bigger. Hope to see you tomorrow! Happy Reading.
Hey Everyone! Ok so I decided that I could NOT go a whole month again for my hauls so I’m going to go ahead and go back to weekly, because I’m pretty sure I messed up last month and missed some and included some that weren’t supposed to be included but meh it happens right. So this week I got some (5) Books for Trade from Twitter in the mail as well as one pre-order and my Book Case Club box for September, which comes with one hard back and one paperback book. I also grabbed 2 books from the store because I couldn’t help myself, and Chelsea @ Chelsea Dolling Reads makes books just look so pretty I had to grab one myself. So let’s get in to the books!
Harrison Squared by Daryl Gregory
Ruby Red by Kerstin Gier
The Lost Prince by Julie Kagawa
The Romantics by Leah Konen
The Walled City by Ryan Graudin
Beautiful Secret by Christina Lauren
The Martian by Andy Weir
Love and Vandalism by Laurie Boyle Cromtpon
Hello, Sunshine by Leila Howland
Wonder Woman: Warbringer by Leigh Bardugo
Breaking this up in to weekly posts makes me feel less bad about how many books I get. Although I do know I need to work on reading what I own rather than just keep buying more and more, but now that I have a job I can’t make any promises honestly. Also this post is the first for these new books that I’ll be getting and I hope to dive in to as soon as I get them.
